Returns and refunds

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order (or the last package if it arrives in multiple shipments) to change your mind, without having to provide a reason.

2. How to withdraw

• Online: use the "Withdraw from the contract here" page (link at the bottom of each page). You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
• Via our contact form: send the form below, or any other clear statement, via our contact form.

3. Returning the product

Return the product no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision, to the return address we provide via email.

• The product must be complete (accessories, instructions, gifts received with the offer) and, if possible, in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipment and that you keep proof of postage.
• You may be held liable if the product has been depreciated by handling beyond what is necessary to try it out.

4. Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs (standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product or you have provided proof of shipment. The refund will be made using the payment method used for the order, at no extra cost.

5. Defective or non-conforming product

If your product is defective or does not correspond to the order, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects. Contact us via our contact form with your order number and a photo or video of the issue: we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, or, if that is not possible, issue a refund. In this case, return costs are at our expense. Details of these warranties can be found in Article 9 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

6. Damaged or lost package

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us via our contact form: we will resend the product or refund you.
